This site is super user-friendly, and the delivery was way faster than I thought it would be, especially given the size of the two boxes they sent. Customer support responds pretty quickly, even if it’s just via email. I bought an SD518 about a year back, and it’s still in great shape. Just a heads up, it’s a pretty large boat, so keep that in mind if you’re considering it.

The support from the team was truly exceptional, addressing every single query I had. The quality of the boats is impressive (I picked up 2 whitewater models) and I’m definitely planning to buy more in the future. I gotta mention that while other larger and smaller businesses left my calls and emails hanging, boatstogo got back to me even after hours and on weekends. That really means a lot to someone like me. No complaints about the boats; they’re pretty basic, but with the money I saved, I can customize them just how I like and still have enough cash left to grab another one from them.

The support crew was fantastic, super friendly and really helped me out in picking the perfect boat. They showed a lot of patience with all my queries and guided me to a boat that fit my size and budget just right. All in all, it was a great experience buying from them.

There's a real lack of accountability here, stemming from a manufacturing flaw in the kayak's strongest part, which has developed over time.

Since your response on Sunday, I’ve been mulling over the situation and your suggestions. While it’s technically within the law, it doesn’t seem fair to me.

Imagine having a car that’s hardly been used, and then after the warranty runs out, a wheel axle just breaks for no good reason. That’s not right. There must be a significant flaw in the manufacturing that shows up later on.

If I’m left with no other options, I guess I’ll have to follow your advice to avoid tossing the kayak or dealing with this ongoing issue. It just doesn’t make sense for boats to fail in this area; it’s supposed to be the strongest part. I’m worried about making such a big repair that might end up making things worse.

The kayak hasn’t been mistreated, hasn’t been punctured, and has seen very little use. It’s been kept in a cool, dry spot all these years. I just pulled it out again now that I’m retired.

Could you please clarify what kind of advice or solution you’re seeking? I’m a bit confused.
If there’s a slow leak in one spot, you can fix it and keep using the kayak. If you don’t want to repair it, then your only option is to get rid of it. I don’t see any other choices here.

I've had my Saturn SD330W for roughly 3 weeks now, and I've taken it out on the water a couple of times for some nice river and lake trips. This is my first inflatable boat, and everyone I mentioned my buy to thought I’d be gobbled up by an alligator and that the boat would go under. But let me tell ya, this boat is solid! Once you see it up close, you’ll understand how well-built the Saturn boats really are. My wife, who was pretty doubtful at first, now enjoys cruising on the water and soaking in the scenery. With 3 separate tube chambers, an inflatable keel, and an air floor, it feels super safe. I’m not worried about sinking or a tube getting a hole; the material is really tough. I’ve got a new 6hp Suzuki that moves it along just fine, though it’s a tad slow with that power since I went for the wider version of the SD330. If you want speed, you’ll need more horsepower. My current setup is great for a chill cruise up a river or on a lake, not for breaking speed records. I’ve had 4 folks on board with plenty of space left over. Believe it or not, I can fit the whole boat in my little subcompact 3-cylinder Mitsubishi Mirage, and still have room for a passenger, the engine, and all my gear. Thanks to the transom wheels, I can easily set it up and get it in and out of the water all by myself. With a high-pressure pump, I’m ready to go in about 30 minutes. This boat is fantastic, and I’m already thinking about getting a Saturn KaBoat for a trip to the Keys and Everglades.

After checking out options for the entire winter season, I finally decided to grab a Saturn inflatable boat for the upcoming spring and summer. My FB300 is super versatile, perfect for cruising on rivers or lakes and for fishing. I can't express how much others envy me when I set it up at the dock.
